BMW a reputed brand in the automobile industry has come up with a new model i.e. BMW 2 series Active Tourer. This model is perfect in case you are planning for family outing, going for a holiday trip with more members and sporting activities. This model is a high-roof hatchbook that one can call it as a van. According to the Bavarians it is the newest member of the 2-series family. This is the first ever front-wheel drive model from the German manufacturer.

The standard kit includes an automatic tailgate, two-zone automatic air conditioning, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth with USB interface, 6.5-inch monitor, DAB digital radio, keyless go and engine start and sports multi-function leather steering wheel.
BMW 2 Series Active Tourer is an attempt to enter into the world of practical’s MPV. This model has the same height as that of Volkswagen Golf’s SV although it is 2cm lower, at 156cm high. The BMW is also a bit shorter, wider and lower than the Mercedes B-class.

The various variants, 218i SE is priced from £22,125, while the 218d costs from £24,205. If one wants to buy the sport model then it will come with an increase of £1250 to the price of an SE, and the Luxury one will cost £2000 more than an SE. The M Sport will cost £3000 more than the SE trim.
Sports Models have larger 17-inch sport alloy wheels, front seats, LED ambient lighting and black high-gloss trim. Luxury models come up with the Dakota leather upholstery, LED ambient lighting, Chromeline exterior, wood trim and a new 17-inch alloy wheel design.
